Creating content is a continuous process every business and creator has to manage.

And if you’re constantly planning from scratch, rewriting prompts, or trying to remember which AI output actually worked… content planning quickly becomes overwhelming.

Saving time in this process became a priority for me, so I built a simple AI system anyone can use to create a clear 30-day content plan tailored to their own business, not generic AI content.

How I plan 30 days of content in 15 minutes?

1.Start with the AI Prompt:

​I don’t start from scratch. I use my AI prompt library built for marketing tasks.

Choose 'create social media content calendar'.

It’s part of my AI Marketing Hub template.

2. Customize the prompt:

Copy the prompt and replace the highlighted parts with your own business details. This is what makes it tailored to you. 

​3. Use ChatGPT:

Paste your customized prompt into ChatGPT. It generates a full monthly content plan for you.

4. Move to Notion:​
Open a new Notion page. Paste the ChatGPT output as a table so it’s organized and easy to scan.

5.Turn it into a system

Click the table icon → “Turn into database”

Now you have a structured 30-day content system you can reuse and update.

And by the end, you’ll have a fully organized 30-day content calendar customized for your business, including the platform, content topic, format, hooks, hashtags, CTA, and status tracking all in one clear system.

The goal isn’t to create more content.

It’s to make content planning feel simpler, clearer, and more sustainable long term.
